3. Products and Availability

Our products are prepared in small batches and may be available in limited quantities. Product visuals and descriptions are illustrative; minor variations in appearance can occur with handmade food products.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices shown at checkout are in INR and may include applicable taxes as presented on the order screen. Online payments are processed by Razorpay and related payment partners.

5. Delivery and Pickup

• Delivery is available only in serviceable areas.
• You must provide a valid delivery address and reachable phone number.
• Pickup orders should be collected within the selected slot for quality assurance.
• We do not provide monetary compensation solely for delivery delays.

6. Cancellations, Replacements, and Refunds

Our products are perishable and preparation starts quickly after order confirmation. Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy with replacement as the primary remedy.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, submit fraudulent orders, or violate applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, designs, and text are owned by or licensed to Minori Bakehouse and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Minori Bakehouse is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is generally limited to the value of that order, subject to applicable statutory protections.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
