Minori is a woman-founded artisan bakehouse in Brookefield, Bengaluru, baking small-batch, made-to-order cheesecakes, celebration cakes, brownies, bomboloni, cookies, tea cakes and breads. Everything is made with real butter and couverture chocolate, with no artificial flavours or synthetic colours. Minori means "harvest" in Japanese.

Minori was founded by Jyothy Raj C.D, a Lavonne Academy-trained pastry chef who left a six-year career in mainframe engineering to bake full time. That background shows in the kitchen: recipes are weighed and tested with an engineer's precision, then finished by hand.

We bake with real butter and couverture chocolate only, never margarine, vanaspati or compound chocolate, and we use no artificial flavours or synthetic colours. Everything is small-batch and made to order in our FSSAI-licensed Brookefield kitchen, with the licence number shown in the footer of every page. Minori bakes its cheesecakes from scratch in Brookefield. New York and Blueberry come whole (₹1,150 for 0.5 kg, serving 8 to 10) or by the slice at ₹200, with Biscoff and Nutella slices at ₹220. The fruit compotes are simmered in-house, never gel.

Our pastries are baked fresh in Brookefield: a Belgian Chocolate Pastry at ₹210, chocolate sponge under couverture mousse and a mirror glaze, and a Lemon Blueberry Pastry at ₹200, a lemon-zest sponge with whole blueberries, lemon curd and a light cream frosting. Delivery is free on orders above ₹799. Below that, delivery fees depend on your distance from our Brookefield kitchen and are calculated by pincode at checkout, so you always see the exact amount before you pay.

Yes, you can cancel from your account within 5 minutes of payment, as long as our kitchen hasn’t started preparing it. You’ll get a full refund to your original payment method. After that window, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll do our best.

Refunds are initiated immediately and usually reflect in 5–7 business days depending on your bank. You can track refund status on the order page in your account.

Tell us within 2 hours of delivery (photos help) and we’ll replace it or refund you, replacement first is our policy. See the Refund Policy for details.

Custom cakes need at least 2 days’ (48 hours’) notice, and fondant cakes need at least 3 days. Signature cakes from the menu can be ordered online, with a pickup or delivery slot chosen at checkout.

Custom cakes range from 0.5 kg to 5 kg and above. For tiered wedding cakes or large parties, mention it in your enquiry and we will plan it together.

Our fondant work includes 2D and 3D fondant figures, sugar flowers, tiered cakes and photo-printed toppers. Fondant cakes need at least 3 days' notice.

Minori prices each custom cake individually, because the cost depends on the flavour and the finish, from buttercream to fondant figures and tiers. Send an enquiry with your date, size and design, and we reply with a quote and a deposit link to confirm your date.

Yes, always. Minori bakes only with real butter and couverture chocolate, never margarine, vanaspati or compound chocolate, and uses no artificial flavours or synthetic colours. Ingredients are locally sourced wherever possible.

Yes. Many Minori bakes are eggless as standard, including the Belgian Chocolate Pastry, cookie jars, biscotti, tea cakes, breads, the Korean bun, and the Biscoff cheesecake and Matilda chocolate cake tubs. The New York, Blueberry, Nutella and Biscoff cheesecakes let you choose egg or eggless at checkout, while the Chocolate Cheesecake Slice is made with egg. Each product page shows a green mark for eggless and a brown one for egg. For a custom cake, tell us in your inquiry and we will plan it eggless from the start.

Yes. Minori does not use gelatin in any bake, so every eggless bake is vegetarian. Look for the green mark on the product page; a brown mark means the bake contains egg.

Yes. Minori's Monk Fruit Almond Brownie (₹250) and box of six Monk Fruit Chocolate Cookies (₹320) are gluten-free. Our Brookefield kitchen also handles wheat, so if you have coeliac disease, tell us when you order.
