Data Deletion Instructions

1. Scope

This page explains how to delete your Minori Bakehouse account and the personal data associated with it. It applies to all accounts, including those created or signed in through Facebook, Google, or Apple login. This page should be read along with our Privacy Policy.

2. Delete Your Account from Your Profile

The fastest way to delete your data is from your account settings:

1. Sign in at minori.cafe using your usual method (email, phone, Facebook, Google, or Apple).
2. Go to Account, then Profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete my account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

This permanently deletes your account and the personal data linked to it, including profile details and saved addresses. This action cannot be undone.

3. Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access your account, or prefer not to sign in, email us at order@minori.cafe from the email address linked to your account with the subject “Data deletion request”. We will verify your identity and confirm the deletion within 30 days.

4. Data Received Through Facebook Login

When you sign in with Facebook, we receive only your name, email address, and profile picture. Removing the Minori app from your Facebook settings (Settings & Privacy, then Apps and Websites) stops future access but does not delete data we already hold. To delete that data, use the account deletion option above or email us. The same applies to data received through Google or Apple login.

5. What We May Retain

Records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices and payment records for completed orders, are retained for the period required by tax and accounting law and then deleted. These records are no longer linked to an active account.
