A bomboloni is an Italian filled doughnut from Tuscany: a soft, enriched dough, close to brioche, fried until golden, rolled in sugar and filled after frying. There is no hole in the middle, so the filling sits right in the centre and every bite reaches it.
A brioche-style dough enriched with real butter, never margarine or vanaspati. That’s why the crumb pulls apart in soft, feathery strands.
We fill each bomboloni when your order comes in, not hours ahead, so the dough stays soft and the centre stays generous.
Belgian couverture chocolate, curd from real lemons, cream cheese with real orange. No artificial flavours, no synthetic colours.
Fried in small batches in our kitchen at BEML Layout, Brookefield, by a Lavonne-trained pastry chef. Never mass-produced.

A good bomboloni is light and pull-apart soft, fried golden, and filled generously right to the centre. Ours use a real-butter, brioche-style dough, are filled fresh to order, and use real fillings: Belgian couverture chocolate, lemon curd made from real lemons and cream cheese with real orange.
Each bomboloni is ₹200. The Assorted Bomboloni Gift Box of 6, one of each flavour, is ₹1,200, and a box of six flavours you choose yourself is also ₹1,200.
There are six: Nutella, Biscoff, Chocolate Truffle, Orange Cream Cheese, Lemon Messy and a savoury Jalapeño Cheddar. The five sweet ones are sugar-dusted; the jalapeño cheddar is not sweet at all.
Yes. Build your own box of six on this page: pick any mix, double up on favourites, and we pack them in our gift box for ₹1,200. If you can’t decide, the assorted box has one of each.
A bomboloni has no hole: it is a round, sugar-rolled Italian doughnut filled after frying, usually with cream, curd or chocolate. A ring doughnut has a hole in the middle and is usually glazed rather than filled.
Both spellings mean the same Italian filled doughnut. In Italian, one is a bombolone and several are bomboloni; bombolini is a common alternative spelling you’ll also see on menus in Bangalore.
No, our bomboloni are made with egg, which goes into the brioche-style dough. If you need eggless, our cookie jars, tea cakes, biscotti and the Biscoff cheesecake tub are eggless as standard.
The Nutella Bomboloni contains hazelnuts. Every bomboloni contains wheat (gluten), dairy and egg, and the Biscoff and Chocolate Truffle contain soy; each product page lists its allergens. Our kitchen handles nuts, so we can’t promise any bake is nut-free.
Bomboloni are best eaten the day they’re made, at room temperature. If you’re saving one for later, keep it covered in the fridge and eat it within a day; take it out 15 minutes before eating so the dough softens again.
Serve bomboloni at room temperature, ideally the day they arrive, with coffee or tea. If one has been in the fridge, leave it out for 15 minutes, or warm it for 5 to 10 seconds in the microwave; any longer and the filling gets too hot. The Jalapeño Cheddar is especially good slightly warm.

Usually, yes. Bomboloni are on Minori’s everyday menu rather than a custom order, so you can choose Deliver now at checkout while we’re open, or book a delivery slot for later the same day. They’re made in small batches, so a flavour can sell out on a busy day; it shows as sold out on this page when it does.
